I know it's been quiet, but rest assured, we here at Ba-Con HQ are working behind-the-scenes to bring your an awesome Ba-Con in 2012.
That being said, we will very soon officially announce our Guests of Honor for next year. If you attended Starbase Indy this weekend, you were made privvy to "the leak" about those Guests.

The Richmond Flying Squirrels (could there be a better team name?) minor league baseball team will be playing a very special theme night tonight: A Tribute To Bacon. Fans have a chance to win a year's supply of bacon and Kevin Bacon will be throwing the first pitch. Kevin Bacon happens to be a local cop with a lucky name, but it seems a lot of news agencies are excited to report that it will be the actor attending instead. Who knows, maybe he'll see the story and show up?

It's hard to believe that's it's less than two months until our first Ba-Con! Are you excited? I'm excited!
First off, have you pre-registered yet? It's just $30 for an all-access pass to a weekend of pure awesome. So get pre-reg'd, and reserve a hotel room while you're at it - this REALLY helps us out, and it ensure that you're never further than stumbling distance to a soft, comfy bed.
Second, new content has been added! I've put up some of the presentations that you'll be able to attend during Ba-Con weekend. The schedule is starting to really come together, and I think you'll enjoy what we have to offer. More presentations, workshops, and gaming events are on the way.
Finally, Ba-Con is still in need of vendors and exhibitors! I think our table & booth rates are pretty fair, and it'll be a great opportunity. If you are a vendor/exhibitor (or know someone that is), check out our Vendors & Exhibitors tab above for details.
